The pears are growing nicely in the orchard. With over a dozen varieties like Moon Glow, Sugar Pears, D'Angou, Bartlett and Bosc. Last year we entered our Perry (pure fermented pears, i.e. pear-wine) and it won 1st place in Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition ( the largest in the world)
This year we're going to make more!
