Celebrate CiderDay at the State Fair's Taste of California

In fun fast paced 30 minute classes, guests will sample some of the top international award-winning ciders from Gowan's Cider Orchard, and learn about cider from apple tree to your table.

Learn from the farmers and cidermakers themselves! Don and Sharon Gowan will share their delicious ciders, favorite food pairings, and fun apple facts.

These true farm to table ciders are estate grown and bottled on the sixth-generation Gowan family orchards in Mendocino - one of California's heritage family farms. Internationally acclaimed, Gowan's Ciders have won multiple Best of Class honors from the largest and most prestigious ciders and wine competitions in the world. Classes are 20-30 minutes and start hourly beginning at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00. CIDER-DAY Tasting Class Tickets are $10.0.
