• 1 bottle (500mL) of Gowan's Gravenstein Heirloom Cider

• 2-3 Gravenstein apples, unpeeled

• 1 orange

• 1/2 cup strawberries

• 1 cup soft apple cider

• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• Optional: 2oz of apple brandy or Grand Marnier

 

Directions

1. Core and quarter the apples, then cut into thin slices. Use about 1 cup in the recipe. 
    

2. Peel, quarter, and seed the orange, then cut into thin slices. 
    

3. Hull and quarter the strawberries. 
    

4. In a pitcher, combine the fruit, soft apple cider, and lemon juice. (Add apple brandy or Grand Marnier if desired.)
    

5. Top up with lightly chilled Gowan’s Hard Cider. Serve alongside a summer cheese plate and any extra fruit. Cheers!
