Terms & Conditions

Included with your membership are the following club member benefits: FREE Membership and an automatic 10% discount on all your cider purchases. Once you have submitted your sign-up form, your membership discount will be automatically applied to everything you add to your shopping cart as long as you are logged in.
Please note that if you are not logged in with your username and password the discount won’t be applied, and once your order has been processed online no refunds or credits will be issued.
Club membership is ongoing and may be cancelled or paused at any time after the first two shipments. Any changes in contact information, shipping address or payment information should be conveyed immediately to the Cider Club Coordinator to avoid delays in shipping and/or additional shipping charges for returned shipments.
An adult over the age of 21 is required to sign for the cider upon delivery and/or pick-up cider club releases at our cidery. For members who opt to pick-up cider clubs and orders at the cidery, cider may be held for 60 days. After 60 days, the cider is shipped at member's expense.

By signing this form, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age and have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of membership. You also authorize Gowan’s Heirloom Cider to automatically bill your credit card for cider club releases, including all applicable fees on the first of the month of the release months for the club you had chosen.
Member benefits are not transferable to non-members.
