It's crab season here in Mendocino, and the cider we made here on our Mendocino family farm goes oh sooo well with crab, salmon, and seafood in general!
Bubbly and delicious, cider has a natural citrus note, and just the right acidity to go with butter dipped crab, smoked salmon, shrimp scampi, crab cioppino! Seafood lovers delight in the discovery of this perfect local pairing. My personal favorite is Gravenstein with crab, and Sierra Beauty with shrimp scampi. What's your favorite?
