Crafted from the rare and elusive Sierra Beauty apple, which was virtually extinct except for the protected trees thriving at Gowan's. This bottle-fermented, sparkling cider is a beautiful gold color with a smooth, rich, calvados-like flavor and hints of baked apple, orange, apricot, vanilla, aniseed, apple-bread, and almond.
