• 3/4 cup Gowan's 1876 Heirloom Cider

• 2 oz bourbon

• 5 ice cubes

• Optional: 5 dashes Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters

Directions

1. Add ice cubes to a rocks glass, followed by the cider and bourbon.
    

2. Stir and add five dashes of rhubarb bitters if desired. Cheers!
