2.75 oz gold tequila

2.75 oz triple sec, or to taste
-
1.25 tsp agave syrup

-
Refrigerate all the liquid ingredients in advance.
-
Combine cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Run a sliced apple segment around the edge of your serving glasses, and press cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim.
-
Combine the tequila, triple sec, agave syrup, and lime juice. Stir or shake. Pour into the serving glasses.
-
Top with apple cider and stir.
-
Add ice if desired.
-
Garnish with apple slices, either sliced and on the rim or diced and floating in the glass. Feel free to sprinkle extra cinnamon or add a cinnamon stick if you’re feeling extra fancy.

Note:
You can substitute silver tequila if preferred, but the gold really gives it a warmth that pairs well with the cider and cinnamon. Plus, it matches the medals our ciders have won.
